I just had my home built sliders sand blasted and powder coated for $95!
The place does mostly industrial stuff so he doesn't do colors this cheap, but as long as you want black this is the place to go. I was quoted $380 to do the same job at a place in town here. This place is a couple clicks north of Clive.
My sliders look great, the coating doesn't look thin anywhere. I'll post back after I've had them on the jeep for awhile to say how they stand up over time.
The place is called Integral, owners name is Murray 403-784-2407. Tell him Dennis from Simplex sent you.

Well a little over a year later and the powder coating has held up great. It has scratches but none that made it through to metal. Alot better than the previous coating by a Calgary company.
