My 4WD does not stay on! When I'm in neutral I'll clutch in, engage the 4WD, it will stay engaged until I hit a bump then it will "trip" or "pop" back into 2WD. Is there a nut I need to tighten?

Do I perform this under the jeep or from the driver seat?
