This run might change locations, the 2 experienced vets are a no go, only a few of us have done this run once and we really need to scout out this new camp site and trail head better. Looking to change the run location to somewhere closer to red deer. Let's put it to a vote, please post your choice for a run location on this site?

I am good for going camping out west by baseline or something. we could do trails out there. the Cherokee is kinda hurting after the last wheelin trip so not sure I want to go out that far. if you guys are fine with that I am game!

I am good with something closer to home. Rubi is gonna be cold and dont have a trailer just a cargo trailer were putting a matress and heater in. Good for southfork or baseline. It would probably be a bit warmer.

Maybe the bearberry spot for last years poker run. Semi close but a great camping spot. Rig street out by caroline has lots of great camping spots. Might not be as warm though.

In NASCAR, you don't have to be as physically strong as in some other forms of racing. You've just got to be able to endure the heat and endurance of it.

I am just happy to go out. I don't really know alot of trails other than all of the above mentioned. I don't know where it is, but I have heard you guys talk about limestone? Would that maybe an option?

So we are heading out past caroline? I know of a couple of decent spots up Alfred lake road. Camped there a few years ago. Good trails, some very deep hols on some of them. I am good to head out Friday early afternoon. 2 jeeps and 1 tent trailer.
