So while I wait for parts and try to regroup on the next phase of the Jeepster. I though I would try to preoccupy myself with a little side project.

I've always wanted a Baja mini bike since I was a kid. So I found one on FB and went and picked it up.

Wasn't the prettiest thing in the world but it did run and drive. Barley. The weak 97cc motor was the first thing out, poor bike couldn't even get out of its own way.

After a quick trip to PA I had over double the HP and double the cc. There is no replacement for displacement. Lol

Spent an hour or so drilling new motor mount holes, installing new clutch and lining up the sprockets. And voila!

Should be a little more fun to ride now. Few little things and a coat of paint and we'll cooking with gas!

A new member to the rubber knife gang. Cool project, you will love it for ripping around the pits camping.
