Figured I'd post up a build thread on my go kart, haha. This is where it is at now.

The body was from a Shriners single seat jeep. The original chassis got wrecked when they pulled the body off and drove it around. I had a two seater 90cc go kart that the engine had gone in that we used the seat plate and suspension from, had to stretch it out 6" to fit the body. I found a atv engine on Amazon with reverse and electric start and ordered it up. The new 150cc really works well and having the three forward gears is nice. I need to change the brakes out to a hydraulic style as the mechanical one now is not very effective. Still want to change the front suspension and link the rear on a mono link similar to the thug rear suspension. And I'm looking for new tires and rims to make the front tires the same size as the rear.

I'm positive that body came from my shop. I had it hanging on the wall with the plan to do exactly what you did. I traded the body to a friend for a cj5 and he just didn't have the time to do any thing with it. I'm assuming you grabbed it from him. The chassis was pretty messed and I gave it to a buddy's kid to tinker with. I'm super stoked to see what you did with it.
