Went in again today and talked to chris this time. Cleared things up much better. The kit they use for gear installs just does pinion and carrier bearings. Doesn't replace anything on the axle shafts. Also looks like they do have more than crown auto seals. The sales person I talked to before didn't know or something.
So I've got some omix seals coming in next week and seals should be replaced on Wednesday.
Thanks again for all the help chris!

Been awhile since I've updated this. Have done a few things since then and tried some other stuff.

With the help of Chris and Nathan we made a prerunner style tire carrier. I loved the looks of it but after receiving the ARB fridge I had to rethink my setup. (Still working on that) Ended up putting tailgate back in and removing carrier.

Picked up a Buyers tool box off my uncle for a case of beer! Mounted that in place of my rear seat. Got some secure storage now!

Bought a roof rack off of another packrat and used that over the summer on a few longer trips through BC. I can bring so much crap wherever I go. Mpg already sucked anyway...

Made some limb risers and tested them in BC bush. BC bush is thick and killed them. Required some modifications.

Also picked up some chromoly rear axle shafts at the fall flex at North Ridge.
