Well.. all jeep builds have been put on hold for now to try and wrap up one of my already long term projects. Once this things done then i will be back onto the jeeps and hopefully get this build going again with a few changes to my original plans. Heres pic of project im trying to wrap up. Its a 1937 chevy pickup with 1936 chev front roof line.

Builds still on hold but collection of parts is still ongoing. Had few changes of plans and going to use parts already in my collection so for diffs rears a dana 60 and front will be a HD high pinion dana 44. Also just picked up a warn 8274 that i will rebuild once i find a local parts source. Suspension plan is to use dakota leafs in rear and link front with airshocks or jku rubi coils. Going to try and do the build on the cheap.

Thanks. The blue jeep is what im using for parts. Just pulled its engine and tcase to drop in my 88 as it has 100k with howell kit on it. Im starting with a fresh frame i have hanging around. And i just am finishing up a mild tj build with my dad for him to cruise in. Lots of projects but not much else to do up here. Only wish i was closer to red deer to hangout with packrat crew and gain some knowledge on building a rig of similar scale to what most of the members here run.

Well took a change of plans because of two deals too good to pass up. Picked up a set of four 44x18.5r15 gateway tires for cheap. And a 07 3500 chevy pickup for donor engine/trans and 14 bolt rear diff.

Picked up another 8274 for cheap this one being complete i plan to take it apart and clean it up over a few weekends home, will add some synthetic line to it as well. Been looking at cutting front cross member out and making a custom bumper to mount winch as low as possible between frame rails.
